  • A: We offer tutoring services for a wide range of subjects, including ALL core subjects grades K-6, Mathematics extending to entry level college courses, standardized test prep, and public speaking. So, we cater to students from Elementary School to Collegiate level.

  • A: Our tutors are highly qualified individuals with expertise in their respective subjects. They often hold advanced degrees, teaching certifications, and have proven records of academic success. Additionally, many of our tutors have practical teaching experience in multiple fields of study.

Q: How do you track the progress of the students?

  • A: We implement a personalized approach to track student progress. Tutors provide regular updates, conduct assessments, and communicate with parents to ensure that learning goals are being met. We also welcome feedback from parents and students and updates about how students are progressing in their course at their schools.

Q: Do you offer online tutoring services?

  • A: Yes, we provide virtual tutoring services for the convenience of our students. Our online platform is user-friendly via Zoom, secure, and allows for interactive learning experiences.

Q: What is the duration and frequency of tutoring sessions?

  • A: The duration and frequency of tutoring sessions depend on the individual needs of the student and the plan selected. We work with you to create a customized schedule that aligns with your goals and availability. For K-2 students, sessions are 30 minutes long. For every other student, sessions are 1 hour long.

  • A: Our tutors are trained to adapt their teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles. We believe in creating a tailored approach to ensure that each student grasps concepts effectively and gains confidence in their academic abilities.

Q: What measures do you take to ensure the safety of students during tutoring sessions?

  • A: The safety and well-being of our students are paramount. Our tutors undergo thorough background checks, and we provide secure online platforms for virtual sessions. We offer one-on-one tutoring sessions where the client will be the only client in the session with one of our tutors.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

  • A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows for rescheduling sessions with an advance 48 hour notice. Please refer to our policy details below for more information.

Policies

1. Reservation and Security Deposit:

- To secure your tutoring spot, a non-refundable $20 security deposit is required upon booking. The remainder of your payment will be due after the first session.

2. Cancellation Policy:

- Full refunds, excluding the security deposit, will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours.

- Cancellations made after the designated period will not be eligible for a refund of the service fee.

3. Rescheduling:

- Clients can reschedule their tutoring sessions free of charge, providing flexibility and accommodating changing schedules.
